Meldina Dervisevic Acknowledged by Marquis Who’s Who for Excellence in the Real Estate Industry

LINCOLNWOOD, IL, October 26, 2022, Meldina Dervisevic has been included in Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Dervisevic is the managing broker and chief executive officer of CENTURY 21 Dream Homes. Her executive and managerial roles are varied and include coordination of property management resources, as well as real estate transactions across both commercial and residential circumstances, including luxury properties. She also oversees the office operations, and Ms. Dervisevic, a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, manages a staff of nine and is responsible for daily training. 

Ms. Dervisevic brings deep industry experience to her current role, having owned Meldina Realty Inc. from 2002 to 2022. Moreover, she holds critical certifications to better support her clients, including the Five Star Certification, C2EX Realtors commitment to excellence from the National Association of Realtors, and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. Ms. Dervisevic is also a Certified Distressed Property Specialist (CDPE) and an REO Default Certified Professional, and she endeavors to help sustain her community via involvement in the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals NAHREP, which has initiated many programs to help Hispanic Homeownership. Passion to diversify and inclusion has brought her to presence  serving committee of Local Association NSBAR.

After moving from her home country of Bosnia and Herzegovina 1990, Ms. Dervisevic earned an associate degree in business and language at Cambridge College in England before immigrating to the United States. She then further relied on a strong work ethic and passion for helping others to gain the trust of her real estate clients, forging long-term relationships with each of them; moreover, she pursued a desire to learn more about investment properties and subsequently built a business that relies solely Women Owned WBENC (Women Business Enterprise National Council). In fact, she has earned many commendations for her professional success, including being named a Five Star Real Estate Agent, and she has been recognized multiple times as a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors. Looking to the future, Ms. Dervisevic plans to scale her business into a global presence, in part by onboarding and training new agents, and she will maintain her successful work-life balance to benefit her  3 children.
